Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The loyalty card lives in Apple Wallet, which comes built into every iPhone. Your customer taps a link and the card is in their wallet — no App Store, no install, no account to create.
How long does setup actually take?
A few minutes. The quick-setup wizard walks you through naming your program, choosing a reward type, and customizing your card design. Most businesses are ready to enroll their first customer the same day.
Do I need to change my POS or install software?
No. OSS Loyalty runs in your browser. You add points manually from the customer profile in your dashboard. Optional integrations with Salla, Zid, and Magento can auto-credit points when an order completes.
Is the loyalty card available in Arabic?
Yes. The admin panel and the wallet pass displayed on the customer's phone both support Arabic and English.
What does it cost?
Free to start — no credit card required. Paid plans unlock when you grow past the free tier. There are no transaction fees, ever. Contact us for pricing tailored to your business size.
Can I add custom fields — like a link to my website or social profile — to the card?
Yes. The card editor lets you add header, body, and back fields with your own labels and values. Back fields support links, so you can add your website, booking page, or Instagram to the back of the card.
Does it work on Android phones?
Not yet for the wallet pass. Android Wallet support is coming soon.
Can I run a stamp card, a points program, or tiers?
Yes. OSS Loyalty supports stamp cards (collect X stamps, get a reward) and tier-based memberships. You choose the model that fits your business when you set up your program.
