Search the questions What is Run OSS? ---------------- Run OSS is a customer relationship management (CRM) and operations system for Saudi and MENA businesses. It keeps one record per customer across WhatsApp, calls, orders and support, and you can switch on orders, point of sale, loyalty, shipping, attendance and accounting on the same data. Is Run OSS the same product as OSS? ----------------------------------- Yes. Run OSS is the new name of OSS, the Operations Success System. It is the same platform and the same team, now published by TrustPlane. Does Run OSS support Arabic? ---------------------------- Yes. Run OSS has a full right-to-left Arabic interface and supports Arabic customer messaging, alongside English. Each user chooses their own language. Does Run OSS work with WhatsApp? -------------------------------- Yes. The WhatsApp Business module connects the official WhatsApp Business API, so your team can answer chats from a shared inbox, send approved templates and campaigns, and run chatbots. Every conversation is saved on the customer record. Does Run OSS support ZATCA e-invoicing? --------------------------------------- Yes. The accounting module issues e-invoices through the ZATCA Fatoora platform, so invoicing happens in the same system that holds the customer and the order. Does Run OSS have AI built in? ------------------------------ Yes. An assistant answers questions about your customers, orders and requests and can carry out tasks each person is allowed to do, with every action recorded. AI can also answer WhatsApp chats in Arabic and English and hand over to your team, build workflows from a description, and prepare your product catalogue from a link, a spreadsheet or photos. Which platforms does Run OSS integrate with? -------------------------------------------- Run OSS connects to Salla, Zid, Shopify and Magento stores, WhatsApp Business, Aramex and FedEx shipping, Nearpay payments, Yeastar phone systems, Microsoft Teams and Slack, and NPHIES and Wasfaty for healthcare. Can our own developers integrate with Run OSS? ---------------------------------------------- Yes. Run OSS has documented APIs and webhooks, so your team can connect your systems themselves at their own pace. If you would rather not, we build the integration for you as a scoped service. You are not locked in to us for it. Do you only provide software? ----------------------------- No. Alongside Run OSS we implement and connect your systems, recommend and supply hardware, build what is missing, and support you afterwards. Those services are scoped and quoted separately for each customer. Is there a Run OSS app for phones and computers? ------------------------------------------------ Yes. Run OSS has one native app, OSS Connect, for iPhone and iPad (App Store), Android (Google Play), Mac and Windows, and it also runs in any modern browser. Each device is set up once as a personal device or a shared branch device, and IT sees every device with its app version from the admin. Which hardware does Run OSS work with? -------------------------------------- For a new site we install UniFi cameras, door access and network, Sunmi point-of-sale devices, card payment terminals, Teltonika vehicle trackers and Shelly smart relays and sensors, and connect them to Run OSS. If you already own ZKTeco attendance terminals, we connect those too. Tell us what you have and we will tell you plainly whether it can be connected.
